Project Details

Work consisted of the emergency removal and containment of contaminated sediments, removal of failed wood and concrete wall and cope and the placement of an engineered armour stone revetment as well as the installation of timber pile fendering clusters.

There was also dredging of the materials displaced during the failure and toe-trench excavation.rs, rubber fenders, foot railing and bollards was installed at the top of the sheet piling. Area behind the wall was excavated, backfilled with imported stone as recycled native fill. Electrical conduits were installed for future lighting of the wharf.
